		<description>What if secretory IgA is low, but serum IgA is normal?  An Immunologist told me secretory IgA had no significance on overall health or immunity, but from what I&#039;ve read the secretory component binds with the serum component to cross the mucosal barrier.  Also, do you have to continue with colostrum, for example, to maintain normal secretory levels?  Same for probiotics?  Thank you.</description>
